Beschrijving:
De Rockville APM6 actieve studiomonitor wordt geleverd als paar en elke monitor is bi-amped. Dit betekent dat er een aparte versterker is voor de hoge tonen en een aparte versterker voor de lage tonen! Elke luidspreker heeft een piekvermogen van 175 watt en 67,5 watt RMS, wat u een totaal geeft van 350 watt piek en 175 watt RMS per paar. We hebben veel tijd besteed aan het ontwikkelen van de meest premium studiomonitors die we ooit hebben gebouwd! Ik ben zeer tevreden en opgewonden om met jullie te praten over wat we hebben gedaan om deze luidsprekers zo goed te laten klinken. Als u een audiofiel bent, zult u ontdekken dat wat we hebben gedaan behoorlijk verbazingwekkend is. Houd er rekening mee dat onze prijs slechts niet 300% hoger is omdat u rechtstreeks bij de fabrikant koopt. We zijn een van de toonaangevende luidsprekerfabrikanten in de VS en we hebben een ultramoderne productie. Er is veel te bespreken, dus ik zal het in secties opsplitsen.
Beschrijving van de behuizing:
We hebben gekozen voor een houten behuizing in plaats van een plastic behuizing. Uw studio is om een reden van hout gemaakt. De geluidskarakteristieken van hoogwaardig hout zijn beter dan plastic. We gebruiken alleen de hoogste kwaliteit MDF. We doen geen moeite met goedkoop spaanplaatmateriaal als we de beste luidsprekers willen maken. De dikte is 0,5” rondom en het frontpaneel is maar liefst 1” dik om u de best mogelijke geluidskwaliteit te geven. De behuizing is gebouwd met de perfecte hoeveelheid luchtruimte om de geluidskwaliteit voor een studio te maximaliseren.
Elke studio of computerruimte moet er mooi uitzien. Wij geloven dat luidsprekers de uitstraling van een ruimte moeten verbeteren. We maken deze luidsprekers in 3 prachtige afwerkingen. Gespoten zwart, gespoten wit en houtfineer. We gebruiken 'bake paint' gemaakt voor houtoppervlakken. Het is duurzaam en de beste verf voor luidsprekers! We hebben gekozen voor een prachtige afwerking die meestal mat is met een lichte glans. Onze ontwerpers hebben talloze uren aan de kleur besteed om ervoor te zorgen dat het niet alleen mooi maar ook elegant is om het uiterlijk van uw studio of kamer te verbeteren. We hebben alle bedieningselementen aan de achterkant van de luidspreker gehouden, waardoor de luidspreker er zeer modern en elegant uitziet. De achterpoort is perfect gespecificeerd om het geluid te verbeteren. De tweeter heeft een gebogen frontlijst om de hoge tonen kristalhelder en vervormingsvrij te maken.
Details van versterker en luidsprekercomponenten:
Voor maximale efficiëntie gebruiken we een klasse 'D' versterker. We gebruiken de beste kwaliteit componenten van de meest gerenommeerde circuitfabrikanten ter wereld om kristalhelder geluid te produceren. De meeste merken onthullen niet graag wat er in het binnenwerk van de luidspreker zit. Wij denken daar anders over. We willen dat u weet wat er binnenin zit, zodat u beseft hoeveel waar voor uw geld we bieden en ook zodat u begrijpt hoe goed deze echt zijn. We gebruiken ADAU 1701 voor audioverwerking en TPA3116 voor versterking. Beide staan bekend als best-in-class circuitontwerpen. Deze componenten zijn geweldig en stellen ons in staat om het geluid tijdens de ontwerpfase via software op een computer aan te passen om het perfecte geluid te krijgen. ADI en TI zijn de namen van de makers van deze IC's. De meeste mensen kennen geen merknamen die circuits maken; maar deze zijn de beroemdste en meest betrouwbare in de industrie. Alleen zeer high-end fabrikanten zoals wij gebruiken deze componenten.
Voor de hoge tonen hebben we met ferrofluid verbeterde 1,5" neodymium zijden koepeltweeters met metalen roosterbescherming. Als u een audiofiel bent, weet ik zeker dat u het geluid van zijden koepeltweeters hebt getest en geweldig vindt. De neomagneet is sterk en kan veel warmte aan. Dit stelde ons in staat om het versterkervermogen te verhogen zonder ons zorgen te maken over smelten en doorbranden van de tweeter. De hoge tonen op deze klinken erg goed! Ik kan niet wachten tot jullie ze in persoon horen, want ik kan niet beschrijven hoe goed deze klinken! U moet ze echt in persoon beluisteren.
We gebruiken een 6,5” woofer. Deze presteert elke dag beter dan een gewone 6” of 5” woofer! De bas klinkt geweldig op deze! Zeer helder en krachtig! De woofer heeft een injectiegegoten polypropyleen conus. Dit is een technisch soort plastic dat tegenwoordig op veel luidsprekers wordt gebruikt. Het is sterk en produceert een geweldig geluid. De rubberen wooferranden verhogen de geluidskwaliteit en elimineren ongewenste vervormingen. Ze klinken naar mijn mening beter dan schuimrubberen randen, daarom hebben we voor rubber gekozen. Het computergeoptimaliseerde elektronische crossover-netwerk levert geweldig klinkende hoge, lage en midden tonen. Kortom, het filtert ongewenste frequenties uit elk onderdeel, zodat elke luidspreker de juiste frequenties speelt, zodat de luidspreker hard kan spelen zonder te vervormen. We gebruiken zeer hoogwaardige crossover-filters in onze luidsprekers. De speciaal gewikkelde spreekspoelen produceren een nauwkeurige respons over het hele frequentiespectrum. We hebben de luidsprekers ontwikkeld met de meest geoptimaliseerde magneetstructuur, conus en behuizingsruimte met als doel het geluid precies zo af te spelen als het is opgenomen!
Extra voordelen:
De naar achteren gerichte poort is gevormd en ontworpen door geluidstechnici om poortturbulentie te verminderen en vervormingsvrije topgeluidskwaliteit te leveren!
Onze fabriek gebruikt de nieuwste precisielijmmachine (meer dan 500 meter tunneloven). Maar u vraagt zich misschien af waarom ik het over lijm heb? Nou, eigenlijk is de lijm op luidsprekers van het grootste belang. Als de lijm niet standhoudt, is de luidspreker kapot en blaast hij door. We gebruiken de nieuwste machines om deze luidsprekers te vervaardigen. De SPL van de luidspreker gaat omhoog wanneer u betere lijm en een betere machine gebruikt die de lijm op zijn plaats kan houden. Als de lijm meer warmte aankan, kan uw luidspreker meer vermogen aan!
Dikke 'wadding' beschermt de binnenkant van de luidsprekerbehuizing. Dit is te zien als de luidsprekerbehuizing wordt verwijderd. Kort gezegd is wadding een wit chemisch zijdeachtig materiaal dat we om meerdere redenen in de luidsprekerbehuizing plaatsen. Het helpt het geluid helderder te maken en beschermt tegelijkertijd alle onderdelen in de luidspreker. Dit materiaal is ook brandvertragend. Dit is uniek voor onze luidsprekers. De meeste andere merken nemen deze stap niet vanwege de kosten van het materiaal, maar het is een gamechanger als u de beste luidspreker wilt creëren!
Ingangen, uitgangen en bedieningselementen op het achterpaneel:
Zoals ik eerder al zei, hebben we alle bedieningselementen aan de achterkant van het apparaat gehouden om de luidspreker er strak en modern uit te laten zien. De volume-, bas- en treble-regelaars bevinden zich allemaal aan de achterkant van het apparaat.
Deze monitors hebben al uw standaard studio-ingangen en -uitgangen, zoals een 1/4” en XLR-combo-ingang, RCA-ingang, 3,5 mm koptelefoonuitgang. We hebben ook een USB-poort toegevoegd. De reden hiervoor is dat u in plaats van de 3,5 mm of 1/4

If the glue does not hold up, the speaker is done. We use the latest machinery to manufacture these speakers. The SPL of the speaker goes up when you use better glue and a better machine the secure the glue in place
- Thick “Wadding” protects inside the speaker cabinet – Wadding is a white chemical silk type of material that we put inside the speaker cabinet for multiple reasons. It helps to make the sound come out more clearly, and it also protects all the parts inside the speaker. This material is also a fire retardant. This is unique to our speakers. Most other brands do not take this step due to the cost of the material, but it is a game changer!

The Rockville RRS190S is specially designed to increase monitoring accuracy. These are made to decrease unwanted vibrations and noises so that you are left with accurate sounds. Decouple your monitors for super-accurate sound
What Rockville Isolation Pads do is called "decoupling." When your monitors sit on your desk or floor, they transmit vibrations that cause the surface that they're sitting on to vibrate at low bass frequencies. These bass vibrations don’t get recorded in to your mix because they are not really in your mix. But when you play the mix in your studio the “coupled” vibrations, will be heard giving you false sound reproduction.
