How the Wire Pass-Through System Works

The RMH200W's pre-wired pass-through is the key feature that sets it apart from basic housings. Here's how it works: connect the 4-speaker wire leads from your radio's wire harness to the 8 speaker wires inside the housing. Connect power, ground, and remote wire. If you're running an external amplifier, connect the RCA leads inside the housing as well. Then route the 8 speaker leads from the rear of the housing to your speaker wires, and run the RCA from the rear to your amplifier. Power wire routes from the rear of the housing to your 12V source; ground connects to any metal surface. The result: all wiring is fully enclosed inside a waterproof housing, protecting both your connections and your receiver from moisture and corrosion for the long term.

Mounting Flexibility

The one-piece U-shaped bracket supports both deck-mount (standard upright) and overhead installation. The mounting angle is fully adjustable, so you can position the radio face at the ideal viewing and control angle regardless of where it's mounted on your vessel or vehicle. Rubber grommets at all cable entry points prevent chafing and seal against water intrusion.
